Please take note that the WHOA Annual General Meeting will be held at 18:00 on Monday 29 November 2021 at the Doornbosch Hall, R44, Stellenbosch.

WHOA members who wish to add discussion points to the agenda, must do so no later than 17:00 on 11 November 2021 to ensure its timeous circulation to the members. Such discussion points must be accompanied by a short description of the item in question and, if necessary, the related resolution(s), should a decision be required. Please send the details via e-mail to email@example.com, or deliver it to the estate manager’s office (R44 entrance) before the cut-off date and time.
Documents relating to the business to be transacted at the meeting will be communicated to members during the week of 15 November 2021.

Should you not be able to attend the meeting and wish to give a proxy to someone to act on your behalf, or should you be attending on behalf of a legal entity, please download and complete the appropriate proxy form in the list above and submit it according to the instructions on the form.
The meeting will take place strictly in terms of the Disaster Management Act: Regulations: Alert level 1 during Coronavirus COVID-19 lockdown. The following arrangements will apply:
The wearing of masks at all times is compulsory.
The temperature of members will be taken and noted at the entrance to the building.
A register of all in attendance will be kept.
Hand sanitiser will be placed at the entrance, as well as at different locations inside the venue.
In terms of the regulations, chairs will be placed 1,5 m apart.
