Welgevonden Estate: No change in collection days of recycling waste

Dear Homeowners and Residents

Stellenbosch Municipality recently announced that the collection of recycling waste in Welgevonden Estate will move from Fridays to Mondays with effect 1 April 2022.

Please take note that this decision has been recalled. Recycling waste will continue to be collected on Fridays, as before.

We quote from an e-mail that estate management has received from Stellenbosch Municipality: “Please suspend the 1 April change until further notice. Both refuse and recycling will continue being collected on a Friday.”
