Welgevonden Estate Christmas Carols 2024: Please support this joyous event on Saturday 14 December 2024, starting at 18:30. Click here for more details.
Administrative office: The Welgevonden Estate office (R44 entrance) will close at 12:00 on Wednesday 18 December 2024 and reopen on Wednesday 8 January 2025. Matters that require urgent attention during this period can be referred to the estate’s security office, telephone number 021 889 5209.
Builders’ holiday: The annual builders’ holiday starts on Friday 13 December 2024 and ends on Friday 10 January 2025. The last day for any building activity and cleaning up of sites is Friday 13 December 2024. During the builders’ holiday period no construction or building activities will be allowed on Welgevonden Estate, and building contractors will not be allowed to enter the estate. Note: As an exception, Welgevonden Estate will allow building operations to resume on Wednesday 8 January 2025, if required.
SADIECOFFEE: The coffee kiosk on Welgevonden Estate will be closed on the following dates: 24 and 25 December 2024, and 1 January 2025.
Municipal refuse removal services: Refuse removal in Welgevonden Estate will continue as usual on Fridays throughout December 2024 and January 2025.
